Before you commit

What happens when my free trial ends?
We email you 2 days before day 7. If you do nothing, your subscription starts and your card is charged. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing — your account simply moves to the free Student plan.
Do I lose my streaks and data if I downgrade?
Never. Your streaks, XP, notes, quiz history and friends are yours on every plan. Downgrading only restores the free plan's daily limits.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Settings → Billing. Switching to yearly applies immediately with prorated credit; switching to monthly takes effect at your next renewal.
How does Study Squad billing work?
One member owns the billing and pays per seat (minimum 4). Members join with an invite link. Seats can be added or removed anytime and are prorated automatically.
